Umit Yildirim — Head of Operations & Licensed Professional Guide
Umit Yildirim has been an integral part of Eskinazi Tours & Events since 2007 and currently leads the company’s operations, travel planning, and private guiding services.
He holds a B.A. in Journalism from Marmara University as well as a B.A. in Tourism Guidance, combining strong communication skills with deep academic knowledge of history, culture, and travel. Over the years, Umit has guided and assisted travelers from around the world, designing highly personalized experiences tailored to each guest’s interests and expectations.
His areas of expertise include Art History, Byzantine Architecture, Christian History, Christian Art & Iconography, and Jewish History. His passion for these subjects allows him to offer travelers far more than conventional sightseeing — transforming each journey into a rich cultural and intellectual experience. Known for his professionalism, attention to detail, and warm hospitality, Umit is committed to ensuring that every guest experiences Turkey in a meaningful, comfortable, and unforgettable way.
Sofia Yildirim — Reservation & Concierge Specialist

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Journalism as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, bringing together strong communication skills and a refined creative vision. This unique combination allows her to approach each event from both strategic and aesthetic perspectives.
