Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 25 September 2026
1. About Us
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of www.eskinazi.com and bookings made with Eskinazi Tours & Events.
“Eskinazi Tours & Events” is a trading name operated by:
Eskinazi Turizm ve Ticaret Limited Sirketi
Hasanpasa Mahallesi, Nabizade Sokak No: 42 D: 4
Kadikoy, Istanbul, Türkiye
MERSIS No.: 0069045259200013
TURSAB-registered agency name: Examplar Travel
TURSAB Licence No.: A-6996
Email: info@eskinazi.com
Telephone/WhatsApp: +90 530 700 35 53
In these Terms, “Eskinazi,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Eskinazi Turizm ve Ticaret Limited Sirketi. “Customer,” “you,” and “your” refer to the person making the booking and, where applicable, every traveler, participant, guest, organization, or other person included in that booking.
2. Scope of These Terms
These Terms apply to services booked directly through Eskinazi, including through our website, email, WhatsApp, quotations, proposals, and other direct communications.
Our services may include:
- Private and customized tours;
- Group tours and multi-day itineraries;
- Package tours;
- Guide services;
- Airport and other private transfers;
- Transportation services;
- Hotel and other accommodation reservations;
- Flight ticket reservations;
- Hot-air-balloon reservations;
- Bosphorus cruises and private yacht charters;
- Gulet charters;
- Private jet arrangements;
- Attraction, museum, venue, and activity reservations;
- Corporate and private events;
- Meetings, conferences, weddings, and celebrations;
- Venue, catering, entertainment, and equipment arrangements; and
- Other travel, tourism, hospitality, and event-related services.
Services may be booked individually or as part of a combined itinerary or package.
These Terms apply to individual travelers, corporate customers, event clients, and travel agencies. Mandatory legal rights that apply to a particular customer or booking will always take precedence over any conflicting provision in these Terms.
3. Quotations and Availability
Following an inquiry, Eskinazi will normally provide a written itinerary, quotation, proposal, or other booking document describing the requested services.
Unless a different validity period is stated, a quotation is generally valid for two months from its issue date. A quotation does not reserve availability. Prices and availability may change until the required deposit has been received and Eskinazi has confirmed the booking in writing.
Every quotation or proposal will state, as applicable:
- The services offered;
- The applicable dates and itinerary;
- The total price and currency;
- Items included and excluded;
- The required deposit;
- Payment deadlines;
- Service-specific cancellation conditions; and
- Any material supplier conditions.
A revised itinerary or request for different services may require a revised quotation.
4. Booking and Acceptance
A booking is confirmed when:
- The customer has accepted the applicable quotation or proposal;
- The required deposit or other required payment has been received in cleared funds; and
- Eskinazi has issued written confirmation.
By approving a quotation, requesting that a booking proceed, or paying the required deposit, the booking party confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms.
The person making a booking for other travelers or participants:
- Confirms that they are authorized to make the booking;
- Accepts these Terms on behalf of everyone included in the booking;
- Must provide those persons with the applicable itinerary, booking conditions, safety information, and these Terms; and
- Is responsible for ensuring that all necessary information and payments are provided on time.
For corporate, agency, group, and event bookings, the person communicating with Eskinazi confirms that they are authorized to act for the relevant organization or booking party.
5. Order of Contract Documents
The customer’s contract may consist of these Terms together with a quotation, itinerary, proposal, package-tour agreement, event contract, booking confirmation, and disclosed supplier terms.
If documents contain different terms, the following order of priority generally applies:
- Mandatory applicable law;
- A signed or expressly accepted package-tour or event contract;
- Service-specific provisions in the quotation or booking confirmation;
- Disclosed supplier or fare conditions relating to the relevant third-party service; and
- These general Terms.
A service-specific term applies only to the service to which it relates.
6. Prices, Taxes, and Currency
Prices are stated in the currency shown in the quotation, normally EUR or USD, and include applicable Turkish taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.
Each quotation will identify the services and costs included and excluded. Items such as entrance fees, meals, accommodation, flights, parking, tolls, guide or driver expenses, or other costs are included only where the quotation expressly says so.
Gratuities are optional and are not included unless expressly stated.
Customers are responsible for:
- Bank-transfer charges;
- Currency-conversion charges;
- Exchange-rate differences imposed by their bank or payment provider; and
- Other payment-provider costs disclosed before payment.
Additional services requested during a trip or event will be charged separately after the customer approves them.
7. Deposits and Payment
The deposit required depends on the booked services and will be stated in the quotation or proposal.
Unless different payment terms are stated:
- The required deposit must be paid to confirm the booking; and
- The remaining balance is due on the first day of service, directly to an authorized Eskinazi representative or guide.
Certain hotels, flights, tickets, charters, private jets, events, and other supplier services may require earlier or full payment. The applicable deadline will be stated in the quotation or booking confirmation.
Payment may be made by credit card, cash, or bank transfer, subject to the payment options offered for the particular booking.
If a required payment is not received by its deadline, Eskinazi may decline to confirm the service or cancel an already confirmed booking after giving any notice required by applicable law. Cancellation charges and non-refundable supplier commitments may apply.
8. Customer Information and Travel Documents
Customers must provide complete, accurate, and timely information for every traveler or participant.
The customer is responsible for checking that all names, dates, flight information, contact details, passport information, and other booking information shown in the itinerary and confirmation are correct.
For hotel bookings, flight tickets, hot-air-balloon reservations, private jet arrangements, and other services where required, Eskinazi may request a copy of each passenger’s passport.
For tours, transfers, and transportation services, Eskinazi may require:
- Each traveler’s full name as shown in their passport or identity document;
- Nationality;
- Passport number or Turkish identity number, as applicable; and
- Other information legally required for passenger reporting.
Where applicable, this information may be required for Türkiye’s U-ETDS passenger-reporting system or another legal, security, immigration, supplier, or operational requirement.
Eskinazi is not responsible for loss caused by incorrect, incomplete, or late information supplied by the customer. To the extent permitted by law, the customer must reimburse documented fines or direct losses imposed on Eskinazi or a supplier where those amounts were directly caused by materially inaccurate or missing information supplied by the customer.
9. Passports, Visas, and Entry Requirements
Each traveler is responsible for:
- Holding a valid passport or identity document;
- Obtaining all necessary visas, permits, and approvals;
- Meeting entry, transit, customs, immigration, and health requirements;
- Checking passport validity and blank-page requirements;
- Providing names exactly as shown on their travel documents; and
- Arriving with all required documents.
General information provided by Eskinazi is for assistance only and does not replace advice from the relevant embassy, consulate, government authority, airline, or qualified adviser.
Visa refusal, insufficient passport validity, missing documents, or failure to meet entry requirements will not normally constitute force majeure and may result in cancellation charges.
10. Travel Insurance
Eskinazi strongly recommends that every traveler obtain adequate insurance covering, as appropriate:
- Trip cancellation and interruption;
- Medical treatment and emergency assistance;
- Repatriation;
- Accidents and personal injury;
- Baggage and personal belongings;
- Flight disruption and missed connections; and
- The activities included in the itinerary.
The customer is responsible for reviewing the policy’s coverage, exclusions, limits, and claim requirements.
Where compulsory package-tour insurance is required by Turkish law, the applicable insurance information and certificate will be provided in accordance with legal requirements.
11. Package Tours and Mandatory Rights
A booking may constitute a “package tour” under Turkish law where multiple travel services are combined and the applicable legal conditions are met.
Qualifying package tours may be subject to mandatory requirements concerning:
- Pre-contract information;
- Written or durable-medium agreements;
- Compulsory insurance;
- Price changes;
- Transfer of the package to another traveler;
- Significant itinerary or contract changes;
- Cancellation and refunds;
- Organizer responsibility; and
- Consumer remedies.
Where a booking qualifies as a regulated package tour, the customer will retain all non-waivable rights provided by applicable law. Any conflicting provision in these Terms or a quotation will be modified or disregarded to the extent necessary to preserve those rights.
Any price change after confirmation of a qualifying package tour will be made only for legally permitted reasons, within applicable limits, and with the notice required by law.
A participant who cannot continue with a qualifying package may have a legal right to transfer the booking to another eligible person by giving the notice required by law and paying documented transfer costs.
12. Customer Cancellation and Change Requests
Cancellation and change requests must be sent by email to:
A request is effective when received by Eskinazi during its working hours:
Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 Türkiye time, excluding Turkish public holidays.
A message received outside working hours is treated as received at the beginning of the next working day.
Cancellation periods are calculated according to Türkiye time and the scheduled local start time of the service.
Requests sent only through WhatsApp, social media, telephone, a guide, or a supplier do not constitute formal cancellation notice.
Date-change requests must normally be received at least 14 days before the service. Changes remain subject to availability, supplier approval, price differences, and additional costs. Some tickets, fares, reservations, or personalized services cannot be changed or transferred.
Mandatory package-tour cancellation and transfer rights take precedence over the general policies below.
13. Hotel Cancellation Policy
Unless different terms are disclosed in the quotation or booking confirmation:
- Confirmed hotel reservations for up to six rooms may be cancelled without an Eskinazi cancellation penalty until seven days before the scheduled check-in date and time, normally 14:00 local time.
- Cancellations received within seven days of the scheduled check-in date and time are non-refundable.
- Reservation-date changes are subject to hotel availability and any price difference or hotel charge.
- Group reservations and bookings of more than six rooms are subject to the terms stated in the applicable quotation, group contract, or hotel conditions.
A cancellation described as “without penalty” remains subject to bank fees and any documented, non-refundable amount already charged by a hotel or other supplier.
14. Flight Ticket Cancellation Policy
Flight tickets are subject to the airline’s fare rules, ticket conditions, and applicable law.
Unless stricter or different fare conditions are disclosed:
- Eligible tickets may be cancelled without an Eskinazi cancellation penalty until seven days before the scheduled flight date and time.
- Cancellations within seven days of departure may be non-refundable.
- Non-refundable fares, airline penalties, taxes, service charges, and reissue or name-change restrictions may apply at any time.
- A ticket can be changed, refunded, transferred, or reissued only where permitted by the airline and fare rules.
Eskinazi will provide reasonable assistance with flight changes and cancellations but does not control airline decisions, schedules, fare rules, or refund-processing times.
15. Hot-Air-Balloon Reservations
Unless different operator conditions are disclosed:
- A confirmed hot-air-balloon reservation may be cancelled without an Eskinazi cancellation penalty until seven days before the service.
- A customer cancellation within seven days of the service is non-refundable.
- If the balloon operator cancels the flight because of weather or an official safety decision, amounts paid for the cancelled balloon service will be refunded in accordance with applicable law and operator settlement procedures.
Balloon flights depend on weather, aviation approvals, weight and age restrictions, passenger fitness, and operator safety decisions. The operator has final authority to delay, modify, or cancel the flight.
16. Private Bosphorus Cruises
Unless different yacht or operator conditions are disclosed:
- A confirmed private Bosphorus cruise may be cancelled without an Eskinazi cancellation penalty until seven days before the service.
- Customer cancellation within seven days of the service is non-refundable.
- Ordinary rain, wind, temperature, cloud, or other weather preferences are not grounds for a penalty-free cancellation.
- A weather cancellation will be recognized where the operator or competent authority determines that the service cannot legally or safely operate, including where an official navigation ban covers the reservation period.
Route, departure time, vessel, and onboard services may be adjusted for safety, port, navigation, traffic, or operational reasons.
17. Tours and Transfer Cancellation Policy
Unless a quotation states different service-specific terms, the following applies to standalone tour and transfer services:
- Cancellation 30 days or more before the service: 10% of the total service price;
- Cancellation 16–29 days before the service: 25% of the total service price;
- Cancellation 8–15 days before the service: 50% of the total service price; and
- Cancellation seven days or less before the service: 100% of the total service price.
If a guest reduces the number of booked tour days fewer than three days before the relevant service, 50% of the cancelled day’s price may be charged.
These deductions do not apply where prohibited by mandatory package-tour or consumer law.
18. Gulets, Private Jets, Charters, Tickets, and Other Supplier Services
Gulet charters, private jets, yacht charters, attraction tickets, venue reservations, entertainment, and other specialized services may have unique deposit, cancellation, passenger, safety, and operational conditions.
These services may become partially or fully non-refundable as soon as they are confirmed. The relevant conditions will be disclosed in the quotation, proposal, booking confirmation, contract, ticket, or supplier terms.
By confirming such a service, the customer accepts the disclosed supplier conditions.
19. Events
Corporate and private events are governed by a customized proposal or event contract describing the venue, schedule, services, guest numbers, price, deposit, payment deadlines, cancellation conditions, and responsibilities.
Event-specific terms take precedence over these general Terms for that event.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Supplier deposits and commitments may be non-refundable;
- The client must provide the final guest count, dietary requirements, technical needs, and other requested information by the stated deadline;
- Later additions and changes are subject to availability and additional charges;
- The client is responsible for the conduct of its guests and participants;
- The client is responsible for damage caused by the client or its attendees;
- Attendees must comply with venue, safety, licensing, noise, and conduct rules; and
- Eskinazi will obtain only those permits, licences, or approvals expressly allocated to it in the proposal.
The client is responsible for permits, consents, licences, insurance, or approvals allocated to the client or not included in Eskinazi’s agreed scope.
20. No-Shows and Lateness
No-shows for third-party services are charged at 100% unless the supplier expressly authorizes a refund.
If a guest is late for a tour or other service:
- The itinerary may be shortened;
- Sites or activities may be missed;
- The service will still end at the scheduled time where necessary; and
- No refund is due for services lost because of the guest’s lateness.
A guest who is more than 60 minutes late for a tour without contacting Eskinazi may be treated as a non-refundable no-show.
Additional waiting, vehicle, guide, supplier, rescheduling, or overtime costs caused by guest lateness may be charged after being disclosed where reasonably possible.
21. Airport Arrival Transfers
The customer must provide accurate flight codes, arrival times, passenger details, and contact numbers before the transfer.
The customer must promptly notify Eskinazi of any change or error. Guests are responsible for following the meeting instructions and maintaining a working method of communication at the airport.
For arrival transfers:
- Waiting time begins from the flight’s actual landing time;
- The maximum included waiting time is 90 minutes;
- If the guest has not reached the meeting point or contacted Eskinazi within 90 minutes, the service may be treated as a 100% non-refundable no-show; and
- Any replacement vehicle or later transfer will constitute a new service charged separately.
Where Eskinazi has received timely notice of exceptional immigration, baggage, accessibility, or airport problems, it will make reasonable efforts to assist, subject to vehicle and staff availability.
22. Changes Requested by the Customer
Any customer-requested change is subject to:
- Availability;
- Supplier approval;
- Applicable fare or booking rules;
- Price differences;
- Administrative or supplier charges; and
- Operational feasibility.
A material change may require cancellation and rebooking. Eskinazi will explain the known financial effect before proceeding where reasonably possible.
Name changes may not be permitted for flights, tickets, permits, or other personalized services.
23. Changes by Eskinazi
Eskinazi may make reasonable changes to an itinerary, route, timing, order of visits, guide, vehicle, hotel, venue, or supplier where necessary because of:
- Site or museum closures;
- Religious-site or synagogue access decisions;
- Traffic or road restrictions;
- Weather or safety conditions;
- Government or authority decisions;
- Supplier failure or unavailability;
- Operational requirements; or
- Other circumstances outside Eskinazi’s reasonable control.
Where reasonably possible, Eskinazi will offer a suitable alternative of a similar standard or experience.
Museums, archaeological sites, synagogues, religious institutions, venues, and other independently controlled locations determine their own opening hours, admission rules, security procedures, and closures. Eskinazi does not control those decisions.
The closure of one site does not automatically cancel the entire tour. The tour may continue with an alternative site or modified itinerary.
If Eskinazi cancels a service that it directly provides and cannot offer an acceptable alternative, the amount paid for the cancelled service will be refunded, subject to mandatory law.
Material changes to qualifying package tours will be handled in accordance with the customer’s mandatory rights.
24. Third-Party Suppliers
Eskinazi works with independent suppliers such as airlines, hotels, guides, transport operators, balloon operators, yacht and gulet operators, private jet companies, venues, restaurants, caterers, and entertainment providers.
Supplier services may be governed by separate conditions concerning:
- Cancellation and refunds;
- Check-in and boarding;
- Baggage;
- Passenger eligibility;
- Health and safety;
- Conduct;
- Weather;
- Schedule changes; and
- Liability limitations.
Eskinazi will provide or identify material supplier conditions where reasonably available.
Where Eskinazi acts as an intermediary for a standalone supplier service, the supplier remains responsible for operating that service. Eskinazi will provide reasonable assistance with a supplier cancellation, refund request, or alternative arrangement.
Nothing in this section limits any non-excludable responsibility Eskinazi has as the organizer or retailer of a regulated package tour.
25. Force Majeure and Extraordinary Circumstances
“Force majeure” or “extraordinary circumstances” means an event beyond the reasonable control of the affected party that could not reasonably have been avoided or overcome, such as:
- Natural disasters;
- Earthquakes, floods, wildfire, or severe weather;
- War, terrorism, civil unrest, or serious security threats;
- Epidemic, pandemic, or public-health restrictions;
- Government orders, border closures, or travel bans;
- Strikes affecting essential services;
- Airport, port, road, airspace, or navigation closures; or
- Comparable unforeseeable and unavoidable events.
Visa refusal, personal illness, failure to obtain documents, ordinary flight changes, and a change of personal plans are not automatically force majeure. Mandatory legal rights and the facts of each case will determine the outcome.
If force majeure prevents Eskinazi from providing a service it operates directly, Eskinazi will refund the payment received for the unprovided service.
For independently supplied services, Eskinazi will use reasonable efforts to obtain a refund, credit, or alternative from the supplier. The outcome may depend on the supplier’s terms and amounts recoverable from that supplier, except where Eskinazi has a mandatory legal obligation to refund or compensate the customer.
26. Health, Mobility, and Special Requirements
Before booking, customers must disclose any requirement that may affect participation or service delivery, including:
- Mobility limitations or disabilities;
- Significant medical conditions;
- Pregnancy;
- Allergies;
- Dietary requirements;
- The need for an accessible vehicle, room, route, or assistance; and
- Any condition relevant to balloon, marine, aviation, walking, or other activities.
Eskinazi will make reasonable efforts to accommodate disclosed requirements but cannot guarantee accessibility at historical sites, vessels, vehicles, hotels, streets, venues, or supplier facilities.
Customers should obtain medical advice where appropriate and must not participate in an activity where doing so would create an unreasonable safety risk.
27. Children and Minors
Children are welcome where the relevant service permits them.
A minor must travel with a parent, legal guardian, or properly authorized responsible adult. The accompanying adult is responsible for the minor’s supervision, conduct, documents, permissions, and compliance with safety rules.
Age, height, weight, identification, car-seat, accommodation, aviation, and activity restrictions may apply. The customer must provide accurate ages and other requested details before confirmation.
28. Conduct and Safety
Customers and participants must:
- Follow reasonable instructions from Eskinazi, guides, drivers, venues, and suppliers;
- Comply with applicable laws and site rules;
- Respect local customs, religious locations, staff, other guests, and the public;
- Use required safety equipment;
- Avoid conduct that creates danger, serious disruption, harassment, or damage; and
- Refrain from illegal activity or participation while dangerously intoxicated.
Eskinazi or a supplier may refuse, suspend, or terminate a person’s participation where their conduct is unsafe, illegal, abusive, threatening, seriously disruptive, or likely to endanger themselves or others.
No refund is due for unused services where participation is properly terminated because of the customer’s conduct. The customer remains responsible for loss or damage they cause.
29. Personal Belongings
Travelers remain responsible for passports, money, luggage, electronics, jewelry, and other personal belongings.
Eskinazi is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage unless and to the extent it results from a breach of duty legally attributable to Eskinazi.
Items left in vehicles, hotels, venues, vessels, or other locations may be subject to retrieval, storage, courier, customs, and delivery charges.
30. Photographs and Marketing
Eskinazi will not use an identifiable guest’s photograph or video for promotional or marketing purposes without separate permission.
Permission for a child’s identifiable image must be provided by the child’s parent or legal guardian.
Permission may be recorded through a written release, email, message, or another clear affirmative agreement.
31. Personal Data and Passport Copies
Eskinazi processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
Information may be collected through email, WhatsApp, the website, or a secure form and may be shared with relevant suppliers, professional advisers, payment providers, insurers, and government systems where reasonably necessary to:
- Prepare or perform the booking;
- Issue tickets or reservations;
- Provide transport, accommodation, or activities;
- Meet passenger-reporting, security, immigration, tax, or legal obligations;
- Process payments or refunds; or
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.
Operational passport copies are deleted after the booked services have been completed, unless continued retention is required by law, accounting obligations, an active dispute, or another legitimate and lawful necessity.
Customers making group bookings confirm that they are authorized to provide the personal information of the other travelers or participants.
The current Privacy Policy is available at:
https://www.eskinazi.com/privacy-policy/
32. Complaints and Assistance
A customer experiencing a problem must notify Eskinazi promptly by emailing info@eskinazi.com and, during an active service, by contacting the guide or representative where immediate assistance is required.
Emergency telephone/WhatsApp contact during services:
+90 530 700 35 53
Prompt notice allows Eskinazi an opportunity to investigate and correct the problem.
Post-service complaints should be submitted in writing within seven days after the service ends and should include:
- The booking name or reference;
- The affected service and date;
- A clear description of the issue;
- Supporting photographs, receipts, or documents; and
- The requested resolution.
Failure to complain within seven days may affect Eskinazi’s ability to investigate but does not remove any right that cannot legally be waived or shortened.
33. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will normally be initiated through the original payment method within seven working days.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear depends on the customer’s bank, card issuer, intermediary, or payment network and is outside Eskinazi’s control.
Where legally permitted and properly disclosed, the refunded amount may be reduced by:
- Bank-transfer charges;
- Non-refundable supplier costs;
- Cancellation charges;
- Fare or ticket penalties; and
- Other documented deductions applicable to the booking.
Mandatory refund periods and restrictions applicable to package tours or consumer contracts take precedence.
34. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable responsibility for regulated package tours.
Nothing excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
Subject to those protections and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Eskinazi is not responsible for loss caused by:
- The customer’s acts or omissions;
- Incorrect, incomplete, or late customer information;
- Failure to obtain documents or meet entry requirements;
- Failure to follow instructions;
- Conduct of a person unconnected with the booked services;
- Unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances; or
- Events that could not have been foreseen or prevented despite reasonable care.
Eskinazi is not liable for indirect, consequential, unforeseeable, or business losses to the extent such exclusion is lawful.
The presence of an independent supplier does not remove any mandatory responsibility Eskinazi has under package-tour or consumer law.
35. Website Use
The website and its original text, itineraries, photographs, logos, graphics, layout, and other content are owned by or licensed to Eskinazi and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Visitors may view, download, or print reasonable portions of the website solely for personal, non-commercial travel planning.
Without prior written permission, visitors may not:
- Republish or commercially exploit website content;
- Copy or reproduce itineraries for resale;
- Modify or create misleading adaptations of the content;
- Use Eskinazi’s name, branding, or logo;
- Scrape or systematically extract website data;
- Interfere with the website’s operation or security; or
- Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
36. Website Information and Third-Party Links
Eskinazi makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate, but destinations, opening times, prices, services, and supplier conditions may change.
Website descriptions are general information. The customer’s confirmed quotation, itinerary, and booking documents determine the services included in a particular booking.
The website may link to third-party websites, review platforms, maps, social networks, suppliers, or other external resources. Eskinazi does not control their availability, security, content, terms, or privacy practices.
Following an external link is at the visitor’s own discretion and subject to the third party’s terms.
37. Changes to These Terms
Eskinazi may update these Terms from time to time to reflect legal, regulatory, operational, or service changes.
The version supplied or made available to the customer before booking will normally govern that booking. A later change will not materially reduce the customer’s confirmed contractual rights unless required by law or expressly agreed.
The current version will be published on eskinazi.com with its last-updated date.
38. Severability and No Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, it will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
A delay or failure by either party to enforce a contractual right does not constitute a permanent waiver of that right.
39. Entire Agreement
The applicable quotation, itinerary, proposal, booking confirmation, service-specific contract, disclosed supplier terms, and these Terms constitute the agreement for the booking.
Statements or assurances not included in the applicable booking documents do not modify the agreement unless confirmed in writing by an authorized Eskinazi representative.
40. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and bookings with Eskinazi are governed by the laws of Türkiye.
Individual consumers may apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee, Consumer Court, or other authority available to them under mandatory law.
For disputes involving business customers that are not legally treated as consumer transactions, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction.
Before beginning formal proceedings, the parties are encouraged to contact each other and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute.
41. Language
These Terms are published in English. If Eskinazi later provides a translation, the controlling version will be identified in the translated document, subject to mandatory law.
42. Contact
