In order to make a reservation you need to contact us through email or contact form. One of our staff members will reply you as soon as possible with all the necessary details. It is always advantageous to send an alternative contact information to protect the continuity of our contact.

Depending on the service you are interested in, to enable us to make the reservations correctly, you will need to include your arrival and departure details (flight info, arrival/departure date, and time) number of people in your group, your interests.

Depending on your country, Turkish Republic may or not require visa. Please check with the embassy or consulate. We confirm all the reservations through email, so a written confirmation from our guests would suffice.

Upon confirmation we require a deposit. The rest of the payment will be done as cash at our guests’ arrival to our guide.

As the cancellation policy depends on the variety of the services you are interested in, we send you the cancellation and change policies before the confirmation so that you may decide before your final decision.

The Turkish Republic is a secular state with a secular constitution. Therefore, there is no dressing code whatsoever. However, in active mosques such as Blue Mosque, Suleymaniye Mosque, etc. women are required to cover their legs and hair. Having a scarf with you would be sufficient. Our guests do not need to wear that all day since the mosques provide the required dresses.
